The Process
1. Send us a message with your event details
2. You’ll receive an email with our event questionnaire
3. Based on your questionnaire responses, you’ll receive a preliminary design proposal & quote for your event
4. To secure your date, we require a signed contract and non-refundable retainer within 2 weeks of receiving quote
5. We continue communication to review, adjust, and perfect the designs until everything is just right
